Raise money to fund STEM programs for 3,000 Chicago students
Set a new SparkShop record for Giving Tuesday donors

MATCHING STRUCTURE
In this campaign, your impact is supercharged by a generous group of SparkShop matching donors who will:
Immediately double your donation, dollar for dollar
Contribute an additional $100 for each unique donor (of at least $25)
Whether you give $25 or $1,000, you help us get closer to our goal! A $25 donation creates an impact of $150, covering supplies and curriculum for a student in our program for the full school year!

ABOUT SPARKSHOP
SparkShop brings hands-on STEM to 4th & 5th-grade classrooms across Chicago! By exploring the engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, biomedical, environmental, aerospace, and more!), our students become expert innovators, ready to solve big problems and shape our world.
SparkShop reaches students who have been excluded from STEM fields on the basis of race, gender, and/or socioeconomic status. Our programs are 100% free and accessible to teachers who need them most. This year, we are working with 50 elementary schools across Chicago!
IMPACT
The impact of your support can't be overstated! In SparkShop classrooms, students are building STEM confidence and identity as well as practical skills like teamwork, resilience, communication, and critical thinking. These open the door for future STEM careers and are equally important building blocks for student success along any pathway in our increasingly technical world.
When you donate, your dollars (& their matched contributions!) will fund prototyping supplies, workbooks, and lesson plans that equip teachers to transform their classrooms into spaces for STEM discovery. Our team is ambitious in our vision for our city and our students. Your support puts that vision within reach!
How to give
The quickest way to donate is through the button at the top of this page! Our Givebutter fundraising platform accepts payment by credit card, Venmo, Zelle, and ACH, but we can accept a variety of donation methods! If you choose to donate through:
A donor advised fund (DAF)
Your workplace giving program (like Benevity or Cybergrants)
Gifts of stock (via Stock Donator)
A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from an IRA
